Mortgage is a type of loan associated with the purchase of a home or improvement of housing conditions. Due to this loan, you can buy an apartment in a multi-storey residential building. A prerequisite for a loan is the borrower's own participation in the purchase in the amount of 25% of the purchase price. The mortgage object for sale must not be demolished or encumbered with any collateral / prohibition. The real estate purchase transaction is certified by the notary authorities and registered by the cadastre authorities. Loan payments must be covered by the fixed income of the Borrower and his family members.
