Cashback is when the bank returns part of the money you spend on purchases. When you pay with a Visa card from Ipak Yuli Bank via a POS terminal at a physical location (café, store, pharmacy, gas station, etc.) or pay online for goods and services (marketplaces, websites, subscriptions, etc.), you receive 0.5% back on every purchase. Cashback accumulates automatically and does not expire. (Exception: if the card is reissued, the accumulated amount is reset)

    Paid for lunch at a café for 500,000 UZS — 2,500 UZS back  

    Bought groceries for 1,200,000 UZS — 6,000 UZS back

    Refueled for 300,000 UZS — 1,500 UZS back

How to activate cashback

To start earning cashback, you need to activate it once: 

1. Open the Ipak Yuli Mobile

2. Go to “Cards and Wallet”

3. Select your Visa card

4. Scroll down

5. Tap “Activate cashback”

How to use accumulated cashback

Cashback is accumulated in a virtual account in the Ipak Yuli Mobile. You can accumulate up to 5 million UZS per month. You can withdraw cashback at any time — the money will be automatically transfered to the card used for purchases.

How to withdraw cashback

1. Open the app and select your card

2. Tap “Withdraw”

3. Enter the amount

4. Confirm the transfer

5. Check your card balance — the money will arrive instantly

Posting timeframe

Cashback does not appear immediately after payment.

 When you pay with a card, the transaction is first processed. The money is not transferred to the merchant instantly — the bank verifies the payment.

During the verification, the bank checks that:

• there were sufficient funds on the card

• the merchant processed the payment correctly

• the transaction is valid and not erroneous 

After verification is completed, the payment is confirmed, and only then cashback is credited.

This process usually takes 3–5 days, so cashback may appear with a short delay. If the payment was successful, cashback will be credited automatically after a few days.

   • Transfers between cards

   • Cash withdrawals 

   • Payments via ATMs 

   • Currency and online conversions
