We-Finance Code 

We-Finance Code is an international initiative aimed at expanding women entrepreneurs' access to financing and developing the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

In 2025, Ipak Yuli Bank joined the initiative and began its implementation in partnership with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).

Supporting women's entrepreneurship is an important part of Ipak Yuli Bank's ESG approach. We strive to create an environment where women have greater opportunities to launch and grow their own businesses.

2023
February

The bank held its first training sessions on gender sensitivity and effective communication for credit department employees, aimed at fostering an inclusive environment.

Ipak Yuli Bank employees participated in the international Savings Game training — a financial literacy trainer program developed by GIZ. Specialists received certificates and the opportunity to conduct similar trainings for clients.

March
In partnership with the EBRD, a seminar titled "Women in Business in Central Asia" was held, bringing together women entrepreneurs, bank representatives, and international experts. Participants received practical recommendations on building an effective digital sales funnel.
June

A practical financial literacy training using the Savings Game was held at the bank's training center for employees and women entrepreneurs.

Bank employees completed the Micro Business Game program (GIZ) and became certified trainers in financial literacy and entrepreneurial skills.

A mobile photography training was held for the bank's female clients, focusing on creating visual content to promote businesses on social media.
October
Training events on financial literacy (Savings Game) and digital marketing were held: entrepreneurs learned about online promotion tools, marketplaces, and internet advertising.

A Micro Business Game training for women entrepreneurs was held at the bank's training center, aimed at developing entrepreneurial thinking and financial management skills.

An interactive Cashflow financial game was held for women entrepreneurs, focusing on managing personal and business finances.
April
In partnership with the FINTECH Association Uzbekistan, a training titled "From Idea to Sales" was held on online promotion and e-commerce. Participants explored digital marketing tools and opportunities to enter marketplaces.
May
A regional conference in Samarkand focused on entrepreneurial skills, digital marketing, and business promotion. 40 women entrepreneurs participated.
July
A "Leadership and Balance" training focused on leadership skills, personal effectiveness, and business management. Participants received certificates and the opportunity for individual consultations.
October

Tashkent: a three-day training on online sales, digital marketing, and marketplaces, followed by individual consultations on business development and digital transformation.

Bukhara: a masterclass on digital marketing and SMM focused on developing online sales and digital promotion channels.
