Green Generation
An environmental initiative by Ipak Yuli Bank aimed at developing environmental awareness among the younger generation and promoting the principles of sustainable development through education, creativity, and active engagement of children and youth.

About the project
What is Green Generation
Green Generation is an environmental initiative by Ipak Yuli Bank, implemented as part of the bank's ESG strategy in collaboration with the "Time of Heroes" children's environmental movement and educational and cultural partners.
As a continuation of the initiative, on December 19, 2025, a memorandum of cooperation was signed with the "Time of Heroes" children's environmental movement and the Asian Book House publishing house, aimed at developing environmental culture and increasing the awareness of the younger generation about sustainable development principles through educational, enlightenment, and cultural projects.

Project goals
What we aim to achieve
Warm readings
Environmental literature for children
As part of the Green Generation project, a series of educational events in the format of warm readings for schoolchildren was organized together with the environmental movement "Time of Heroes". The meetings took place on February 24 and March 13 and brought together students from three classes around the topics of ecology and sustainable development.

The program was based on environmental books by writer Madina Muminova:
Through literary stories and characters, children learned about current environmental problems, pollution, disappearing animal species, and the impact of humans on nature. The warm reading format helped make complex environmental topics more understandable and emotionally engaging for children.
An additional interactive element was the participation of an invited actor in the role of the character Robik the Sparrow. This interactive format made the meetings more lively and helped children become more deeply involved in environmental discussions.

Green Generation and ESG
A systematic approach to a sustainable future
On April 12, 2026, Ipak Yuli Bank, together with the Youth Parliament, planted 300 paulownia saplings on the grounds of School No. 358 in the Bektemir district. The initiative was implemented as part of the Green Generation project, aimed at fostering environmental culture and a careful attitude toward the environment. The participation of youth in such projects helps not only to make a practical contribution to the greening of the city but also to foster a responsible attitude toward the environment. The planted trees will grow together with the school students, creating a greener and more comfortable space for future generations.
