Questions and answers

This project is part of the Environmental direction in our ESG strategy. It shows how even cultural traditions can be reimagined through the lens of sustainability: we reduce waste, reuse materials, and minimize single-use plastic.

A bank is not just about finance — it’s about influence. We interact with thousands of people every day. Through ESG initiatives like Navruz Recycling, we use that influence to promote eco-friendly and responsible choices in society.

We replaced plastic packaging with reusable glass jars for sumalak. Holiday banners were recycled into reusable tote bags. These are practical ESG examples — environmentally conscious, employee-driven, and community-oriented.

Yes. ESG isn’t just about reports — it’s about participation. We invite volunteers, students, partners, and anyone who wants to make a difference.
