From 8 to 12 August 2025, JSICB “Ipak Yuli” announces a tender for the implementation of a centralized electronic queue system across its physical branch network.

The purpose of the project is to improve customer experience, optimize staff workload, and increase the efficiency of operational services provided to the Bank’s customers.

Key objectives of the project:

• Automate customer flow management processes.
• Reduce waiting times and enhance service transparency.
• Integrate the electronic queue with digital channels (web, mobile application).

• Centralized analytics collection and performance monitoring of branches.

   

The system must be adaptable for the following types of branches:

• Express Centers (mini-branches)
• Banking Service Centers (medium-sized branches)
• Standard Branches (servicing retail customers, premium customers, and MSMEs)

Proposals must be prepared based on the technical brief, which can be found below:

Anti-Corruption Clause

Tender participants confirm that neither they, nor their representatives, employees, or other persons acting on their behalf, have engaged or will engage in any acts related to corruption or other unlawful practices in connection with participation in this tender.

Participants undertake to:

• Not give, receive, or solicit bribes or other unlawful benefits in any form.
• Not use their authority contrary to the principles of transparent and fair tender procedures.
• Not participate in schemes involving money laundering or concealing the origin of funds.
• Comply with the anti-corruption laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

If any violations or suspicions of misconduct are identified, the participant must immediately notify the tender organizer in writing.

Violation of this clause constitutes grounds for disqualification from the tender.
