Announcement of the Tender for the Branch Network Standardization Project

JSICB Ipak Yuli announces a tender for the implementation of a project aimed at the standardization and transformation of the physical branch network. The project seeks to improve customer experience, optimize business processes, and modernize the physical layout of the branches.

Key objectives of the project:

  • Implementation of a new service delivery model;

  • Optimization of customer journeys and business processes;

  • Redefinition of employee roles and spatial design;

  • Development of omnichannel customer interaction.

Participants are invited to submit a concept covering the following branch formats:

  • Express centers (mini-branches)

  • Banking service centers (medium-sized branches)

  • Core branches (retail sector, premium clients, MSMEs)

  • Specialized premium branches

Proposals should be prepared based on the published brief, which can be reviewed below.

Anti-Corruption Clause

Participants of the tender guarantee that neither they, nor their representatives, employees, or other persons under their control or influence have engaged or intend to engage in any form of corruption or other improper conduct in relation to their participation in the tender.

Participants shall, throughout the duration of the tender:

  • Not engage in bribery, solicitation, or acceptance of unlawful benefits in any form;

  • Not abuse their authority or allow any third parties to do so, in a manner that compromises the fairness of the tender process;

  • Not engage in money laundering or concealment of illicitly obtained assets;

  • Comply with the anti-corruption legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

In case of discovery or reasonable suspicion of any such violations, the participant must promptly notify the tender organizer in writing.

Violation of this anti-corruption clause shall be grounds for exclusion from the tender.
