On the need to update PINFL data as of February 1, 2025

Dear clients!

We would like to inform you about changes related to the provision of banking services. In accordance with the DC-6191 Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated March 23, 2021, all banking operations should be carried out only if individuals have Personal Identification Number of Physical Person (PINFL).

What does this mean?

From February 1, 2025, operations via Ipak Yo'li Mobile application will be unavailable for customers who do not have PINFL in the bank's database. This is due to the need to comply with new regulatory requirements and to ensure the security of transactions.

How do I update my data?

To continue using all of our Bank's services, please do one of the following:

- Send your details (PINFL) to our Ipak Yo'li Mobile online-chay or official Telegram support chat: @ipaksupport;

- Visit the nearest branch of the Bank in person with a ID card to update your information.

Updating your information will help you maintain access to all the Bank's services. If you have any questions, please contact Customer Care at 1296 or Telegram chat @ipaksupport.
