QR-code payment system regulations

Unified QR Code — a solution for your business

From July 1, 2026, all trade and service companies will switch to the Unified QR code system.

⚠️
Important: The Unified QR code will become mandatory for all businesses. Not having a QR code will be considered a violation of the rules. Set up QR payments earlier to avoid risks and penalties.

What is Unified QR

One code for all payment apps

Unified QR is a single code for accepting payments through different banking and payment applications. The customer just scans it using their phone camera. After payment, the money is transferred to your account within a day.

You don't need multiple QR codes or terminals. Customer service also becomes faster — clients no longer wait in line for change or printed receipts.

How it works

Four steps to payment

1
Place the QR code
At the cash desk, shop, or give it to delivery staff in mobile format
2
Customer opens the app
Any banking or payment app that supports the Unified QR
3
Scans and confirms
Enters the amount and confirms payment — no cash and no terminal
4
Money arrives in your account
Transferred within 24 hours

Benefits

Why it benefits your business

The Unified QR is especially convenient for businesses with a high customer flow — shops, cafés, beauty salons, and delivery services.

One code for all apps
Accept payments through any banking or payment app. No need to connect QR codes from every bank separately.
No queues or waiting
Customers don't wait while a terminal loads, change is counted, or receipts are printed. Payment takes seconds.
Fewer payment failures
The customer scans the QR, enters the amount, and confirms. No more situations where the terminal doesn't support the card.
No POS terminal needed
No need to purchase terminals or pay monthly rental fees.
All payments in one place
If payments used to appear across different systems, with the Unified QR everything is available in one place.
Fixed commission
One set of conditions for all payments — no different tariffs depending on the bank or payment method.
