Online Queue Booking

What is online-booking? 

Especially for the convenience of our clients, we have introduced an online-booking system, which is designed to book the desired time for visiting the bank branches equipped with an electronic queue system. This will allow our clients not to wait in line and save their time. 

In order to book a queue, you need to go through a simple registration. During registration, you are able to select the desired branch and the service that you are going to use when visiting the bank. After confirming the booking, a message with the booking data, including a special unique code, is sent to the mobile phone number. This code must be entered into the electronic queue terminal directly at the branch, however no later than 15 minutes before the time appointed. When you enter the code in the terminal at the bank, you will receive a number that will allow you to be served at the time you have appointed.

 In addition, you can get an digital ticket 

Digital ticket is the ability to receive a service ticket in a digital format instead of paper. 

A few minutes before approaching a bank branch, or while still on the road, you can choose a service and receive a ticket via a mobile device, without going to the ticket issuing terminal. All this can be done on the web-site, without any additional applications need to be downloaded. 

Choose a service, enter your phone number, the system will send you a ticket, which you will provide to the operator at the bank.
