UnionPay Money Express enable secure and convenient real-time money transfers to cardholders around the world.

UnionPay Money Express services are available on the Ipak Yo'li Mobile app. All identified users of Ipak Yo'li Mobile can send money from their international cards to cards of other banks.

UnionPay Money Express service allows sending from any Ipak Yuli international card (UnionPay, Visa, Mastercard, issued by Ipak Yuli Bank to UnionPay cardholders in 50 countries, as well as to UnionPay cards of other Uzbek banks.

Service is a great alternative to money transfers, are available at any time, and most importantly do not require a visit to the bank. 

How do I send money via UnionPay Money Express?

1. be an identified user

2. In the application go to Services tab -> UnionPay Money Express

3. Then select UnionPay/Visa/Mastercard to be debited, enter the recipient's full UnionPay card number, the recipient's first and last name and enter the transfer amount.

4. Before transfer confirmation a screen with transfer details will appear, please make sure the details are correct.

5. Confirm the transfer.

6. The recipient can verify receipt of the funds*.

* The speed at which transfers can be credited to cards of other banks may be limited by the internal procedures of the beneficiary bank.

Sending money is available to the following countries:

CIS: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan.

Europe: Austria, Belgium, Germany, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Lithuania, Andorra, Latvia, Italy, Estonia, Spain, Sweden, Luxembourg, Norway, Portugal, Iceland, San Marino, Finland, Vatican City, Denmark, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Hungary, Malta, Slovakia, Romania, Greece, Turkey, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Gibraltar, Croatia.

Asia: Bangladesh, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Israel, Indonesia, Jordan, Cambodia, China, Laos, Macao, Malaysia, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nepal, UAE, Pakistan, Thailand, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Japan.

Transfer limits:

The maximum amount for daily transfer is $8,000.

There are no monthly limits.

The minimum transfer amount is $1.

The limit per transaction is USD 5,000 and applies to both domestic and international money transfers.  

Transfer commissions

Transfers are executed with a fee of 1% of the transfer amount, but not less than USD 2, in accordance with the Bank's tariffs.
