Starting from 1 January 2026, the procedure for assigning and paying state social insurance benefits will be carried out through the State Social Insurance Fund: 

• Starting from 1 January 2026, maternity benefits will be assigned and paid by the Fund. 

• Starting from 1 July 2026, temporary disability benefits will also be assigned and paid by the Fund. 

Benefits are assigned proactively, without the need for citizens to apply. Details: 1070
