In 2026, Uzbekistan will conduct a population and agricultural census — an important state process aimed at obtaining up-to-date data on living conditions and the state of the economy.

The census will take place from 15 January to 28 February 2026 and will be organized in two stages.

From 15 to 31 January, citizens will be able to complete the census online via the ONE ID system on the website census.stat.uz, for themselves and their family members.

From 4 to 28 February, representatives of mahalla committees will visit households and collect data using tablets.

All information provided is confidential and will be used exclusively in aggregated form.

Participation in the census helps ensure objective statistics and serves as a foundation for planning the country’s development.
