On the need to update PINFL data

 

Dear customers,

 

Please note that current accounts and bank cards with no PINFL (Personal identification number of an individual) data in the bank’s system may be temporarily suspended until the required information is provided.

 

How to update your data

 

To continue using all banking services, please choose one of the following options:

• send your PINFL via online chat in the Ipak Yuli Mobile app or through the official Telegram support chat: @ipaksupport
• visit the nearest bank branch with a valid ID document

 

Once your data is updated, full access to all banking services will be restored.
