Ipak Yuli Bank registered as a participant in the Regulatory Sandbox and granted the right to act as an agent bank in the capital market
The National Agency for Prospective Projects of the Republic of Uzbekistan has registered Ipak Yuli Bank as a participant in the Regulatory Sandbox, granting the Bank the right to act as an agent bank for settlements related to corporate bonds denominated in foreign currency.
 

The decision was adopted as part of the implementation of the Presidential Decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PF-254 dated 18 December 2025, "On Additional Measures to Improve the Investment Climate in the Capital Market."
 

As part of the implementation of the Decree, Central Securities Depository JSC conducted a competitive selection process among commercial banks of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Following a comprehensive evaluation, Ipak Yuli Bank was selected as the agent bank responsible for settlements related to the issuance, circulation and redemption of corporate bonds denominated in foreign currency issued by legal entities resident in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
 

As the agent bank, the Bank will conduct cash settlements for transactions involving foreign currency-denominated corporate bonds in accordance with the applicable legislation and regulatory framework governing capital market participants. The new mechanism will enhance the reliability, transparency and efficiency of settlements while contributing to the further development of Uzbekistan's capital market infrastructure.
 

The Bank's registration as a participant in the Regulatory Sandbox confirms its compliance with the established requirements, its high level of technological readiness, and the expertise required to implement infrastructure solutions in the capital market.
