Tashkent, May 26, 2026 – Ipak Yuli Bank® (a registered trademark of JSICB “Ipak Yuli”) announces the appointment of Umidjon Khakimov as Chairman of the Management Board of the bank. He succeeds Saidabror Saydakhmedov, who will transition to a new role within the bank’s governance structure.

Umidjon Khakimov is a banking executive with more than 25 years of experience in Uzbekistan’s financial sector and international financial institutions. Throughout his career, he has held senior positions in the country’s largest banks, overseeing corporate banking, international banking, strategic development, and transformation initiatives.

During the tenure of Saidabror Saydiagzamovich Saydakhmedov, Ipak Yuli Bank underwent one of the most significant transformation periods in its history. The bank strengthened its position in retail and digital banking, completed a comprehensive rebranding, accelerated the development of mobile services, and significantly expanded its customer base.
