What has changed

In accordance with the updated identification requirements, to use certain banking services and apply for a loan, you now need to grant the bank permission to access your data through the OneID system. 

This is a standard procedure that allows your identity to be verified through the government system and ensures secure delivery of banking services. 

OneID is a unified government identification system that provides banks with verified customer data required to deliver financial services. 

Without this permission, the bank will not be able to perform certain operations related to credit products and financial services. 

How to grant access via OneID 

The process takes only a few minutes: 

1. Download the OneID app 

2. Log in via MyID 

3. Go to the “Management” section 

4. Confirm your consent to the terms of use 

5. Enter “Ipak” in the search bar 

6. Select “IPAK YO‘LI AITB” 

7. Tap “Allow” 

8. Open “Detailed settings” 

9. Make sure access to your PINFL is enabled 

Important: PINFL (Personal Identification Number) access must be enabled 

Why this is important for security 

Your data remains fully under your control. This reduces the risk of fraud and protects your financial operations. 

Access to loan services is granted only with your consent, and you can manage or revoke it at any time through the OneID or MyGov app. 

Granting access via OneID means that: 

• only you decide which organizations can access your data 

• the bank receives information directly from the official government system 

• the use of incorrect or fraudulent data is prevented 

• your personal data is protected by government security mechanisms
