Additional Changes to the Operating Hours of Bank Branches

Starting from 1 July 2026, the updated service schedule has also been introduced in Fergana branch:

Operating hours:

• Monday–Friday: 08:00–19:00;
• Saturday: 10:00–16:00.

Earlier, we informed our customers about the extension of operating hours in several bank divisions. We would like to announce that, starting from 7 May 2026, the updated service schedule has also been introduced in the following branches:

• Namangan Branch;
• Karshi Branch;
• Bukhara Branch;
• “Umar” Regional Branch (Samarkand).

Operating hours:

• Monday–Friday: 08:00–19:00;
• Saturday: 10:00–16:00.

In addition, from the same date, the following Banking Service Centres have started serving customers on Saturdays:

• “Romitan”;
• “Jondor”;
• “Gijduvon”;
• “Khoja Ahror Valiy”;
• “Kaftarxona”.

Banking Service Centre operating hours:

• Monday–Friday: 09:00–17:00;
• Saturday: 10:00–14:00.

We continue to expand our service availability to make banking services even more accessible and convenient for our customers.

Starting from March 2, 2026, selected Ipak Yuli Bank branches will begin operating under an extended service schedule.

The new schedule allows clients to visit the bank before the start of the working day, in the evening, or on Saturday — at a time convenient for them.

During the additional service hours, some services are available with limitations:
• offline deposit operations
• safe deposit box operations
• certificate-related services

The changes are being introduced gradually. The extended schedule will soon be available in other bank branches as well
