The Ipak Generation project is expanding. Five new universities have joined the initiative: 

– Green Central Asian University

– IT Park University, TIMEEDU

– National University of Uzbekistan

– Banking and Finance Academy. 

The development of the Ipak Generation project and the bank’s work with young professionals became key factors behind receiving the Employer Brand Award 2025.

In just one year, more than 10 universities have become part of the initiative. Hundreds of students have completed training programs and internships, and 20 of them have already joined the bank’s team. Ipak Generation is a space where young people grow and develop together with Ipak Yuli Bank.
