Dear non-resident customers of JSICB «Ipak Yo‘li»
Several Internet media published earlier materials regarding the Bank's requirement of non-resident customers to provide PINFL (Personal Identification Number of an Individual) to avoid restrictions in receiving services.
Please be informed that in order to provide customers with an opportunity to use the full range of banking services, the Bank has previously sent a notice via Ipak Yo'li Mobile application to customers who are required to provide an Individual Personal Identification Number of an Individual.
Please note that this requirement is a standard practice defined in the Central Bank's Regulation on the Procedure for Opening, Maintaining and Closing Bank Accounts (reg. MJ No. 3420 dated February 8, 2023), applicable to all customers of the bank, including also non-residents. In accordance with the "Know Your Client" rules, the bank is entitled to request information to update the profile data of its clients.
Please be advised that all customer accounts and funds remain active and available for use, and there are no restrictions on the disposal of funds.
