Starting from July 30th, new cash withdrawal fees for the "Opportunity Card" credit card will come into effect.

The changes apply to cash withdrawals made at Ipak Yuli Bank ATMs, ATMs and cash withdrawal points of other banks in the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as foreign banks.

New fees:

At Ipak Yuli Bank ATMs:

withdrawal of personal funds — 1% (previously 0.5%);
withdrawal of credit funds — 3% (previously 2.5%).

At ATMs and cash withdrawal points of other banks in Uzbekistan:

withdrawal of personal funds — 1% (previously 0.5%);
withdrawal of credit funds — 3% (previously 2.5%).

At ATMs and cash withdrawal points of foreign banks:

withdrawal of both personal and credit funds — 3% of the transaction amount, minimum UZS 20,000 (VAT included) (previously 2.5% of the transaction amount, minimum UZS 20,000).

We recommend taking the updated fees into account when making cash withdrawal transactions with your "Opportunity Card".

Please note: when withdrawing cash from ATMs or cash withdrawal points of other banks, an additional fee may be charged by the ATM owner's bank. The amount of this fee is determined independently by the respective bank.
