Please be informed that effective July 1, 2026, the promotional cash withdrawal fee conditions for the following card products will be discontinued:

Visa Start Sum;
Visa Woman Card;
Visa PUBG MOBILE;
Visa Oylik;
Visa "Opportunities Card" Credit Card.

Starting from July 1, 2026, cash withdrawal fees will be charged in accordance with the Bank's current Tariffs:

Visa Start Sum, Visa Woman Card, Visa PUBG MOBILE and Visa Oylik — 1% of the transaction amount;
 

Visa "Opportunities Card" Credit Card:
withdrawal of your own funds — 0.5% of the transaction amount;
withdrawal of credit funds — 2.5% of the transaction amount.
