This year marks the 30th anniversary of the founding of the “Ipak Yuli” Joint Stock Innovation Commercial Bank. Due to this anniversary, the Bank announces a special promotion, which will be valid from March 16 to December 31, 2020.

According to the terms of the promotion:

- VISA Start / VISA Exchange cards will be issued at the Bank's offices WITHOUT COMMISSION. Bank customers can open VISA Start / VISA Exchange cards absolutely FREE OF CHARGE.

- THE COMMISSION, charged for payments with VISA Platinum Light / VISA Platinum Black / VISA Virtual cards, will be canceled. Holders of VISA Platinum Light / VISA Platinum Black / VISA Virtual cards from “Ipak Yuli” Bank can make payments without charging a commission.

When opening a VISA Start card, a client receives a UNIONPAY Classic card for free, and when opening a VISA Platinum Light, VISA Platinum Black card, a UNIONPAY Gold card will be provided as a gift.
