Uzbek language day holiday!

Our mother language is our national identity. The Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan legislates the status of the state language. Thus, the Uzbek language became a symbol of the state, protected by law, along with the Flag, Coat of Arms and Anthem. The importance of the Uzbek language is growing in strengthening the spiritual foundations of the independence of our country, in educating our people, especially the younger generation, in the spirit of love and devotion to national values.

From the first days of independence, great attention has been paid to the preservation of the national heritage, including the language in Uzbekistan. On October 21, 1989, at the 11th session of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Uzbek language was given the status of the state language. This event is now 32 years old. In connection with this important holiday, Ipak Yo'li Banki held the State Language Day at school 313 in Tashkent. The students held this event with great enthusiasm with the bank, during which they recited the works of great Uzbek poets and writers in the state language.

The children prepared a solemn program: a festive greeting, fragments of ghazals and rubai by Alisher Navoi, poetic compositions from fragments of works by Uzbek writers as Erkin Vohidov, Muhammad Yusuf, Rauf Parfi. All participants received gifts from Ipak Yo'li Banki.

The attention paid to the development of national literature, preserving the rich heritage of great ancestors, and enhancing the culture of reading serves as an important factor in educating young people with deep knowledge, independent thinking and high spirituality.
