How to get and submit JShShIR for non-residents

PINFL is a personal identification number of an individual. According to the instruction No. 3420 of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 08.02.2023 you need to provide your PINFL to use all services of the bank.

How to provide your PINFL to the bank?

• In Telegram, at the address @ipaksupport
• In the support chat of the bank's application - you can download the application from the link;
• To the bank branch where you opened the account.

How to get PINFL?

Foreign citizens can get their PINFL at the nearest passport office or at the State Services Center. To obtain a PINFL at the State Services Center, you only need to take your passport with you. To complete an application at the passport office, you need a passport and a document of temporary registration in the Republic of Uzbekistan. After applying, you will receive the PINFL within 2-4 working days.

It is not possible to obtain a PINFL online.

Advice

If you have applied for a PINFL but do not have time to pick it up in person at the State Services Center, you can send your relatives instead of yourself — but this requires a power of attorney.
