How to open a deposit

Visit bank brach with your subsidy approval notice
Obtain your subsidy approval notice for the down payment and visit any convenient Ipak Yuli Bank branch to open a mortgage savings deposit

Fund your deposit
Deposit your own funds in an amount not less than the required portion of the down payment. The Bank will then submit a request for the subsidy transfer

Save for your home
Once the subsidy is credited, your deposit will start earning interest, and the accumulated funds can be used to purchase a home through the mortgage program

Non-residents can now open deposits in the UZS in Ipak Yuli Mobile

 

The service is available to customers who have opened an account and completed identification at any Ipak Yuli Bank branch.
 

 

The account opening and identification process takes between 5 and 15 minutes. Customers are required to provide a passport, PINFL, and temporary registration.
 

 

After opening an account, customers can access the bank’s deposit products, open UZS deposits through Ipak Yuli Mobile, and open foreign currency deposits at the bank’s branches.

Taxation of interest on deposits for non-residents of Uzbekistan

 

Income from deposits in banks for non-residents of Uzbekistan is taxed at 10% (Articles 366, 382 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan). The bank withholds tax when paying interest.
