If the ATM did not complete the operation and it turned out that your funds got stuck in it, please contact the bank's 24-hour contact center, via telegram or by phone 78 1406900, indicating the ATM code (printed above the screen or on the receipt - which issued the ATM in error). Applications are considered up to 15 days from the date of application to the bank. Don't lose your receipt as proof of the problem you have encountered.
